Classes at Pulse
A high intensity interval cycling class that gives you a solid cardio workout while making the most of cycling’s ability to burn fat and build strength. Led to motivating music by certified instructors who help you feel comfortable on the bike while you push yourself to a new level of fitness. If you want to feel this high intensity, low impact workout, this is the class for you. Every class includes a warm up, high intensity ride, cool down, and stretch. Intermediate to advanced riders encouraged to join.
CYCLE Hiit + Core
With a 30 min pulse pumping interval ride, quick stretch and 10 min of CORE work (off the bike on a mat), you’ll burn calories, build strength, and leave feeling energized. Led by certified instructors who will help you push to a new level of aerobic fitness and core strength. If you want to high intensity intervals on the bike and core strengthening off, this is the class for you. All levels and abilities welcome.
A motivating cycling class for all abilities instructed to energizing music. The perfect low impact class if you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, recovering from an injury, or looking looking to dial back the intensity of your workout. Led by an instructor who is on and off the bike to help with form and comfort of riding, this class will build your cardio, increase strength and help to restore physical and mental well-being. Every class includes a warm up, low to moderate intensity ride, cool down and stretch. All abilities welcome and encouraged to join.

No! All Pulse cycling classes are open to all experience levels. If you have never riden in an indoor cycling class, we encourage you to join one of our intro classes where our instructors take additional time focused on getting you set up on your bike and comfortable with what to expect. An intro class is not required for those new to Pulse, however we ask you to arrive 10 minutes early for an introduction to the Studio.
Riding an indoor bike is simple. If you have a pair of sneakers, workout clothes, and a water bottle, you’re ready to go. Some riders find cycling shorts with padding to be more comfortable, but they are not a must have. We will provide sweat towels and plenty of fun. We also encourage heart rate monitors to track your performance.
Yes, we have two showers available. We ask that you bring your own cleansing producs, and please respect those who may be waiting. We have towels available at no additional charge.
All bikes are equipped with pedals that can be used with sneakers, as well as SPD compatible clips. Unfortunately swapping out pedals puts wear and tear on the bikes and is not permitted.
We will rarely cancel a class, however if conditions are such that it is unsafe for folks to travel to and from the studio, we will occasionally cancel a class. We will do so with as much advanced notice as possible and ask that you monitor the website, Facebook and Twitter for communications.
Teens 13 and older can ride any Pulse cycling class, however there is no childcare for non-riders of any age.
For the uninterrupted riding pleasure of all, we ask that cellphones are not brought into class and are put away with the ringer off.
Riders must be a minimum of 13 years old to participate and the signature of a parent or guardian is needed prior to riding for those who are 13-17 years old.
If a class is full, you may be asked if you would like to be put on the waitlist. If a bike becomes available, then the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class. If this happens, you will be notified and we will plan on you showing up!
If you are not present in the studio at the start of the class and there are riders waiting, your bike will be given away. If you arrive late and there are still bikes available, please enter as quietly as possible and join the ride.
Reservations for all classes must be cancelled online 4 hours prior to the start time of your class to retain your punch. If you do not cancel 4 hours prior, you will be charged for your class. Cancellations must be done online and will not be accepted via email or phone.
